Develop a morning ritual

This may be tough at the beginning, but over time this will be a natural part of your daily routine.

Finding a moment of stillness each day to reflect on the things that we are grateful for or looking forward to can help restore a balanced perspective.

Distance yourself from Energy Vampires

Energy vampires are people or situations that intentionally or unintentionally drain your emotional energy. This does not mean having a lack of empathy, but taking back control in managing our energy levels so that we can be our best.

Notice Internal Judgements

Often times the harshest criticism we face is self-inflicted. Nothing leads to feelings of stress and unease like constant self-judgement. Pay attention to your thought patterns and ask yourself what you would tell a friend if you heard them saying this about themselves. Be as kind to yourself as you would be to others.
